This site is a personal portfolio and project site. It is not used to collect financial information, sell advertising profiles or identify visitors by name.
Website analytics
The site uses a self-hosted Umami analytics service to understand aggregate website use, such as which pages are visited and whether the site is working as expected. The tracker can process limited visit context such as the page URL, referring page, browser and device type, language, screen size and approximate country or region. On selected links, it also records a named interaction such as a CV download, LinkedIn or contact click, or a Sort All Money referral, with a limited placement label.
The tracker is configured not to use analytics cookies, not to collect search terms, not to record sessions, not to build advertising profiles and not to collect names, email addresses or financial information. It respects a browser’s Do Not Track preference. Activity on this site is not joined with activity on sortallmoney.com to create a cross-site visitor profile.
Analytics is sent through tracking.sambrady.uk to a private, authenticated dashboard at analytics.sambrady.uk. The service is hosted on the VPS used for these sites and is not offered as a public report.
Contacting Sam
If you email sambrady@outlook.com, Sam receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Please send only what is needed and do not include passwords, bank-login details or unnecessary financial information.
Hosting and security
Website hosting and security systems may process technical request information, such as an IP address, timestamp and requested path, to deliver pages, diagnose faults and protect the service. These records are separate from the aggregate analytics described above and are managed through routine operational controls.
How long information is kept
Analytics records are currently held in the self-hosted analytics database until they are manually deleted. Hosting and security records are managed through operational log rotation and incident-handling needs. Contact messages are kept while needed to answer the request and any necessary follow-up.
If these arrangements change, this page will be updated before a materially different use is introduced.
